Every freight order includes complimentary liftgate service if needed — whether delivered to a commercial or residential address. The hydraulic liftgate is provided at no extra cost, ensuring your item is safely lowered from the truck to the ground when needed.
🚪 From There, 3 Ways to Bring Your Heavy/Large Item Inside:
Manually move — Please ensure you are prepared for pickup and have enough people available to assist with unloading and moving the item. We recommend a team of at least 2–4 people, depending on the item’s size and weight.
Use a forklift — ideal for commercial locations.
Deliver to Room of Choice Upgrade option — We can pre-arrange in-home delivery with the freight driver(s) to your room of choice for a flat rate of $160 per order. (Additional charges may apply for stairs or extra handling.) This in-home delivery option will be available for easy selection right on the product page when you add to cart and proceed to checkout.

Delivery drivers may or may not assist with unloading, so it’s always a good idea to plan ahead. Typically for large items the driver won’t bring the item inside or move it beyond the curb to its final destination (such as your garage), so it’s smart to have helping hands nearby to get it to where you need. Some drivers may offer a hand, but since we cannot guarantee this, it’s always best to be prepared. Rest assured—we’ve got your back with clear delivery options, and we’ll help keep the process smooth from start to finish so you can focus on enjoying your new setup without hassle.

Once you meet the driver, before signing for your item, please inspect the packaging and product thoroughly, 📝 annotate details, and 📸 take multiple photos no matter the condition as a precaution — this helps us resolve any issues quickly and smoothly.
The shipping insurance is always separate and different from the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) on your item, and helps protect you in case of damage during transit.
To ensure you're fully covered, we want to make sure and kindly repeat:
🛑 please inspect and annotate any visible damage (no matter how minor) at the time of delivery before approving it — for your best interest. If unknown, mark "Possible Damage Inside, Unknown" when accepting.
We want to be able to help you fully and make things right if something happens during shipping! If damage isn’t documented when the item is dropped off, the shipping insurance may be void, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to help file a claim.
