🚚We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and freight services to deliver your order safely and on time. Most items arrive within 1–3 weeks, while custom or oversized products may take up to 15 weeks or possibly more. We will try to make it as fast as possible on our end. Before ordering, please measure and double-check that your item can fit through all necessary entryways before delivery to avoid return fees. 

Before ordering, to help your order go as smoothly as possible, here are the options available to you:


🚛Curbside Default (Free):
All freight items ship curbside at no extra cost to you (commercial or residential). Depending on the size and weight of your item, here are a few ways to get it safely off the truck:

🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️Manually unload with a few helping hands (2+ ideally)

🚜Use a forklift (ideal for commercial locations)

🛠️Or add a liftgate service (details below)

⚠️Note: Delivery drivers may or may not assist with unloading — so it’s always a good idea to plan ahead. Overall, if liftgate service isn’t selected at checkout, your item will typically arrive on a truck without a lift, and the driver will expect you to unload it from the truck bed. The amount of people you need to help you will depend on the heaviness/bulkiness of your item.

⬇️Liftgate Delivery Option – $160

If your item’s on the heavier side and you don’t have a forklift, loading dock, or a couple of helping hands ready, liftgate service can make things much easier. It allows the driver to gently lower your item from the truck bed (about 4 ft high) down to the ground at curbside.

Just a heads-up: Liftgate covers getting it to the ground — but that’s usually where the delivery ends. The driver typically won’t bring the item inside or move it beyond the curb to its final destination such as your garage, so it’s smart to have helping hands nearby to help get it to its final spot. Liftgate trucks are a bit different from standard ones — they’ve got built-in hydraulic lifts and take a little extra time to operate, which is why carriers typically charge more for the service. 

Some drivers may offer a hand, but since we cannot guarantee it, it’s always best to be prepared.

We’ve got your back, and we’ll help keep the process smooth from start to finish.

Before signing for your item, please inspect the packaging and product thoroughly, 📝 annotate details, and 📸 take multiple photos no matter the condition as a precaution — this helps us resolve any issues quickly and smoothly. Please See the inspection steps 📄here.

The shipping insurance is always separate and different from the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) on your item, and helps protect you in case of damage during transit.

To ensure you're fully covered, we want to make sure and kindly repeat:
🛑 please must inspect and annotate any visible damage (no matter how minor) at the time of delivery before approving it — for your best interest. We want to be able to help you fully and make things right if something happens during shipping! 

If damage isn’t documented when the item is dropped off, the shipping insurance may be void, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to help file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for most new items (just a heads-up: customized pieces and final-sale brands aren’t eligible). Required—to keep things smooth, please return items in their original packaging 📦 with all parts included.

  • 3% processing fee
  • Restocking charges (10–30%)
  • Round-trip shipping costs.

⚠️ Please note:

Returns due to buyer’s remorse, such as unexpected color, size, or change of mind, may not be eligible. 

📝Important Notes on Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable due to supplier policies

📸 For damaged or defective items, please just send us a message with 2+ non-blurry photos within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of you. We may also ship out a replacement part from the manufacturer instead of doing the return process.
