Damaged Goods/Shortages
If any items are damaged or missing from the carton(s) please report this to us within 3 working days of receipt of shipment. If you receive damaged or open carton(s), a separate claim must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days. Be sure you or your customer
signs "subject to inspection and verification" upon receipt of such carton(s).
Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately. Shortages must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of shipment or no credit can be given.
Returns
When returning product, please include the following: Return Authorization Number, Invoice#/date, Customer number, product number, and reason for return.
All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#). To receive an RA#, please call customer service rep with the reason for return. Clearly mark the RA# on shipping label. We reserve right to refuse to credit items returned without RA#. Any items returned without prior approval will be returned at sender's expense. A restocking fee may apply for any returned goods. This fee will be 15% of the purchase price of the item for all items not requiring a pallet.
The fee will be 25% of the purchase price for any item requiring a pallet.
RA's will remain open for a period of 30 days from date of issue. Product must be returned within this time period to insure acceptance of product and proper credit to your account. Open RA's will will be cancelled after 30 days if product has not been received.
Warranty covers the table’s structure, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it withstands its intended load without failure or significant deformation.
What’s Not Covered?
Consumable components such as table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam components are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These items naturally wear with use but are available for purchase and replacement on our website.
Seating Warranty
Our chairs, ottoman, and benches are covered under a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from customer modifications or improper use including but not limited to:Damage due to use not intended for the product such as rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limit, standing or climbing, etc.
Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents
Inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)
Warranty Disclaimers
Warranty becomes valid when the registration card is completely filled out here, which must be within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Prior to honoring the warranty, the supplier reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim.

Per arcade machines, if there is an issue with a machine that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty then we will work with you to make sure you are taken care of.
1-year warranty on Prestige Import Group brand products starting from the original purchase date. To be eligible for warranty processing, customers must provide proof of purchase along with complete contact information including name, full mailing address, phone number and email address. Prestige Import Group retains the right to repair or replace items at our discretion. Depending on the age and condition of the return, returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent.
Please note that items that have been tampered with or show only physical damage (such as scratches or wear from regular use over time) are not covered under the warranty and will be declined upon receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our facility, and once we receive it, we will provide updates. Customers sending returns from Canada or outside the continental USA are responsible for both the shipping fee to our warehouse and the return shipping fee.
Ineligible Items: Butane, PG solution, Integraboost, Humidification Jars & Non-Prestige brand items. Desktop Cigar Cooler Humidors include a 90 day warranty.
Extended Warranties can be purchased (optional)
Structural Warranty: Covers the frame and legs against defects in materials and workmanship for a set period, such as 5 or 10 years depending on the table.
Play Surface and Slate Warranty: Protects the play surface and slate from warping and defects for a specified duration, commonly 3 or 5 years.
Accessories Warranty: Covers items like pool cues, balls, and cloth against defects in materials and workmanship, often for 1 or 2 years, though some cues have a lifetime warranty.
Leveling Guarantee: Some tables include a guarantee for a level playing surface, with free adjustments if needed within the warranty period.
Transferability: The warranty typically extends to the original purchaser, but some models may be transferable upon resale.
Limitations: Warranties generally do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. For outdoor tables, while designed for covered outdoor use, the cloth lifespan will be shorter due to exposure.
