2 Where are you located?

We are based in the U.S. and ship nationwide. While we operate primarily online, our team brings hands-on experience and reliable customer service to every order.

3 Do you have a showroom?

Currently, we operate via e-commerce only. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, images, and quality customer support to help you make confident purchases.

4 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout options depending on the platform.

5 Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

6 Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Due to the size and nature of our products, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.

7 How long will it take to receive my order?

We work with select manufacturers who offer customization options. Reach out with your request and we’ll see what’s possible.

Many of our items are built with durability in mind and are used in bars, lounges, and other venues. 

17 Do you charge Sales Tax?

No sales tax is charged for orders shipped to 47 U.S. states. Only Nevada orders will include sales tax, as required by state law.

Please note: We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

We recommend measuring your room and allowing clearance on all sides for comfortable play.

21 Can I change my order?

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, which includes coordinating with our supplier to confirm product details, lead times, and shipping arrangements.

You're welcome to request changes to your order before it enters processing. Once processing has begun, any modifications will depend on the supplier's discretion. Please note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be changed once processing has started.

22 What if the item I want is out of stock? 

As an Authorized Dealer, all products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This ensures you receive the best pricing, faster delivery, and full warranty protection.

If your desired item is out of stock, we’re happy to place a back-order for you, provide updates on availability, and notify you as soon as it’s ready to ship.

Clean the playing surface regularly using silicone spray or shuffleboard wax to maintain smooth gameplay. Keep the surface free of dust and debris

It’s recommended to apply shuffleboard wax before each game. While frequency may vary based on usage, a light coat before play helps ensure a consistently smooth playing surface.

The most popular pool table sizes in the U.S. are 7 ft (bar size), 8 ft (home size), and 9 ft (tournament size). The 8 ft table is a great all-around choice for recreational and serious players alike.

Most high-quality pool tables require professional installation due to their weight and precision leveling requirements. We highly recommend hiring an experienced installer to ensure optimal performance and longevity. It’s not recommended. Pool tables, especially slate ones, must remain level. Moving them without professional help can cause warping or misalignment. Contact us or a local installer if you need relocation.
