Yes, some but not all of our pool tables include cue sticks, balls, chalk, and racks. It depends on the specific listing offering. Some products have add ons available, and arcade machines usually have the basics included. If you need something extra, please let us know and we will see what we can do.

For a majority of products - Yes! Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies by item — including duration, what’s covered, and other specifics. However, some manufacturers offer a simple blanket warranty that applies to all of their products.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most new items. However, some brands and all custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable due to manufacturer policies.
