• Do not discard any packaging until you’ve fully checked your items.

• Take photos of any visible damage for documentation.

• Before signing, double-check if there’s any visible damage, missing/incorrect items or anything that raises concern related to the package, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt.

• Failure to note concerns at delivery may result in denial of claims.
